We are committed to providing high-quality and equitable services and are able to assess persons in metropolitan, regional, rural and remote areas throughout Australia and internationally.

If your client has significant injuries or conditions affecting their ability to travel, or an assessment of their home environment is required, please submit a request for a home visit appointment.
Most assessments occur in rooms where a comprehensive functional capacity evaluation is conducted. The assessments involve a range of physical, cognitive and psychological tests, so please ensure that suitable clothing is worn.
OT Reports regularly travels to several locations in Queensland, such as Townsville, Cairns, Mackay and Rockhampton. Please contact our office to discuss the options available or any specific location requests.
OT Reports provides online and telehealth assessments where an in-person assessment may not be possible. Please contact our office to request this type of appointment or discuss the suitability for these assessments.
